📍Where do you deliver?

We deliver across India through our Shiprocket courier partner network. Local delivery in Jaipur is available via Porter for eligible pin codes near our Shyam Nagar store.

⏱️How long does delivery take?

Approximate delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Rajasthan: 3–5 working days
  • Metro Cities: 4–6 working days
  • Other States: 5–7 working days

Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, courier issues, or strikes.

💰Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No. We currently offer prepaid orders only for safe and faster delivery.

📦What if my parcel arrives damaged?

If your parcel is damaged, leaked, or tampered with:

  • You may refuse delivery or accept it with a remark.
  • Record a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package.
  • Email the video to care@govindjee.store within 24 hours.

Without proper video proof or late reporting, we may not be able to process claims.

↩️Can I return a product?

Returns are accepted only if the product is:

  • Damaged or leaked on arrival
  • Delivered in expired condition

Returns are not accepted for taste preferences or opened/consumed items.

📩How do I request a return?

Email us within 24 hours of delivery at care@govindjee.store with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Details of the issue
  • Photos and the unboxing video

💳When will I receive my refund?

Once your claim is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. It typically takes 5–7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

🛑Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing care@govindjee.store.

Orders that are processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Some products may contain or be processed in facilities that handle:

  • Peanuts & tree nuts
  • Sesame (til)
  • Jaggery (gur)
  • Millets, grains & pulses
  • Spices
  • Gluten, soy & dairy

Please read ingredient labels carefully and consult your doctor if you have allergies.
